PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THE CHPCA MARKETPLACE:
The CHPCA and the Order of St. Lazarus, have implemented a charge of $2 per book for the Caregiver’s Guide – A Handbook About End-of-Life Care. This cost implementation is for organizations that are a non-registered charity (doesn't have a charitable registration number) only.

There are separate item numbers for non-charitable and charitable organizations. If you order as a registered charity you will be prompted to indicate your registered charitable number upon check out.

Shipping and Handling Costs remain in effect for both Charitable and Non-Charitable organizations

SHIPPING COSTS:
If you are from remote areas in Canada or from outside of Canada, please contact Laureen at lnickerson@bruyere.org to get a quote for shipping and then we will place the order for you manually. Thank you. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
